goods issue authorization

hi ,i faced an issue to address my clients requirement,that is to authorize any goods issues before it is issued by the stores incharge ,i'e stores incharge issues the material only when the head of the department approves the requiremts for the raw material ,without the approval of the HOD stores incharge couldnot issue the material to the production people.

.could any one help me how to address this approval mechanism with regards to goods issue.

Dear,

After creation of production order PP person should create reservation in transaction - MB21 then with reference of this reservation number MM person will do the goods issue with transfer posting activity trrough MB1B.

(movement type 261 is use so you can give the authorization for this movement type.

Please check the authorization object M_MSEG_WMB. This authorization object is for activities of material documents for specific plant.
