Hi

Check with transaction ME2N, here goto dynamic selection and in Purchase order header select Release group OR Release stratergy OR Release status.

If you need a report for PO whichg are released on a perticular date, it would not be available.

Please append EKKO and add a field for "last release date" activate avaliable BADI or user exit and update this date during release.

Create a Z report andnfetch data based on your selection parameter and filter based on this date.

U can try with ME28 or ME2N with dynamic selection for the release codes.

Here are few answers hope it helps

a) for what are all pou2019s changes have been made.- Ans)- tcode me23n -go for display changes where you can find all old and modified values of purchase order.

c) What all r deleted.- Ans) tcode me2n- enter your selection criteria and there will be additional selection avialable there choose deletion indicator.

d) what are the PO's for which invoices are pending -Ans) tcode-me2n enter your plant,purchase organisation and any other details as selection criteria there select open invoices.
