Hi ,
I am working on a sandbox client .When I call transaction CIC0 to view my Interaction centre screen..its giving message like
" Telephony settings have not been maintained completely. The work center data has not been maintained. " .
Please sugguest are there any default settings to be maintained .

Dear Rahul,
this message is raised when you use the 'telephony framework'.
Telephony and workcenter settings can be made in transactions
SPHA, SPHB -> have to be maintained only once!

The first time to login to winclient using CIC0,you have to just give a telephone numberon teh screen that appears and save it,from here on you can proceed further
