Variable screen -Customization for Calendary display for current month only

Hi Gurus,

Would like to know how we can customize the calendar screen for the selection of value for the calendar date. To explain in detail..

I have created a custom variable for calendar date and made this as a mandatory variable. In the F4 help for this varaible, It showing the calender dates for October 2008 ,november 2008,december 2008 and january 2009. Since we are in the month October, we want the system to display the calender date for October only.

Please let us know how can we do this

Thanks Ashok,

But it should be a User entry variable. When the user selected F4 help, by default it showing the four months and our requirement is to show only one month in the F4 help insted of showing the four months.

Would request you to let me know if there is any exit provided by SAP

Hi,

Create a customer exit variable and give l_s_range-low and l_s_range-high as sy-datum. We will get the current month.

Thanks a lot the reply.

I tried the procedure as mentioned in your reply. But still it is not working. In the calander screen insted of showing multiple months, we wanted to show only current month.

Please help me in this regard.

Sure you can do that in transaction

RSRHIERARCHYVIRT

and maintain the time interval till when you want to display in F4 help.
