Regarding Infotype : 185

Hi all ,

In the infotype : 185 we are not using the field superannuation Id ,Technical Name : AUTH1 .

we have made that field optional as well . and when Im saving the same , in the debugging i have checked the field AUTH1 i.e. superannuation field is validated and throwing error message when the corresponding field is not found with the table field values .

Pls help me in resolving this issue as my company doesnt want to use that superannuation Id.

Hello,

We are using SAP ArchiveLink for Employee documents. Because we dont have expire date field to maintain in SAP ArchiveLink we maintain in PA30 infotype 185.

My question is how can we generate report on list of personal ids (185) with expire date for all the employees.

Mr Peter,

It could be because of many reasons.

1)Check the user settings(whether you have used correct settings or not)

2)Check the Feature P0185 and based on the return value check the corresponding value in the screen V_T588M

did u checked V_T588M

check with the screen no and module pool in the above table

and hide the feild if u dont want

hide the feild P0185 AUTH

check the MP018500 screen no 2040

in that check the first variable

because each sub type will have different screens

I have checked in the program MP018500 in debugging.. It is validating the the field for this superannuation and throwing error.

I want to skip validation for the this field in the the debugging.
