Hi Experts,

In EWA report for hardware configuration section, there is no data for Max.CPU load, the message says that saposcol is insufficient to perform hardware capacity checks.

My questions are:

1. I just upgraded supp.package in solman to SP13, is it related? In PRD SP level is 10.

2. Saposcol version in PRD is COLL 20.95 700 - AIX v11.15 5L-64 bit 080317, which is up to date, why it is insufficient to collect hardware capacity data?

3. System gave red rating for software configuration due to kernel level which has not been updated (level 110), is it related?

4. is it EWA report issue or saposcol issue?

PRD:

AIX 5.3, DB2UDB 8.2, ECC6

Solman:

Win 2003, DB2UDB 9.1, Solman 4.0

What's the version for add-on ST-PI and ST-A/PI in your satellite system?

ST-PI should be 6 and ST-A/PI should have a K inside.

Hi Roel,

ST-PI is level 6 (SAPKITLQI6) and ST-A/PI is 01K_ECC600 level 0000 in satellite system.

Hi Rudi,

Have you checked the program RTCCTOOL in satellite system .

Apply the necessary notes from this program.

and then try again.
