Hi MM Gurus
I want to do GRC & PI in one go. The case can be PI will automatically done when I do GRC or (ii) GRC should be automatically done when I do PI.
Can anybody guide me ???

GRC = Goods Receipt &
PI = Posting Invoice

u can use ERS (evaluated reciept settelement for this scenario)
but prerequisite to this is,
u should maintain the vendor master with ERS tick in Purchasing data view.
u should maintain the sourcelist master.
u should tick for source list in purchasing view of Material Master
u should maitain the purchasing inforecord.
