Hello Kultar, this did not work for me but something that I did find to work was a registry setting. The setting is:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Business Objects\Suite 11.5\Report Application Server\Viewer

The subkey is PrintControlVersion which should have a value of "11,5,10,1263"

Hi,

We can get info regarding service packs from history.txt file or patches folder.Try to search History.txt or patches folder in your Crystal Reports directory.

Hello Shweta, I cannot find a history.txt file and I don't have a Crystal Reports directory on my computer. Any other suggestions would be appreciated!
