Restrict payroll Emps from saving their own on-demand or off-cycle payment

Is there a way to preven payroll employees from saving their own on-demand or off-cycle payment in off-cycle workbench.

I don't think there's a direct authorization object to prevent one from running off-cycle for himself. However, you probably can accomplish this by excluding the employee from viewing his/her own master record that are relevant to payroll run (i.e. 0015, 0008, 0261) through P_PERNR with interpretation of assigned personnel number = 'E' (excluding) which in turn would make off-cycle run (as well as regular payroll run) for the employee himself to fail (as the ee can't access these IT while running).

As this means that the ee can't run regular payroll for himself neither, it may not be what you want. What we do here is to only allow off-cycle run (regardless of who's running for who) by having the HR/PY ee checking out fire-fighter id to do it (email notification will automatically sent to relevant personnels).
