Alert inbox

Hello,

We have alert configuration done on XI and it is sending emails to external acounts (configured fixed receiptents). I am trying to access via RWB inbox and I do not see any alerts in the inbox. I have checked SAP note 913858 and searched SDN. I am not sure what is the problem. I appreciate your help.

Hi

Mostly Alerts dont go even though Alert inbox does have entry this is opposite

Check the test result for RSALRTTEST? and see if you used no restrictions in RWB for alerts.

Than you for the information. How do you run RSALRTTEST? Is it function or a transaction? Please let me know.

Hi,

It is RSALERTTEST. it is a program to be run with SE38.

select the defined alert category.

Thank you for checking. I ran SLG1 for ALERT object(ALERT FRAMEWORK) and no entries were found. The message is "No log found in the database".

Please let me know.

Hey

Could you please check if you have selected the correct date/time in SLG1.Whenever an alerts is triggered it will show a log in SLG1,you can see all the steps there and will help you track why alerts didn't reach RWB.

I have verified dates and looking for past seven days. I get the messgae saying "No log found in the Database".
