Deadline Monitoring doesn't create Notification and System Cond Field

Former Member

Hi Gurus,

I have created a job schedule for IP10 (program RISTRA20) and this week it created 140 new Work Orders.

However, it didn't create Notification and all the System Condition Field were in blank in different result than we got last week execution.

Any idea what happened?

Thanks,

Michel

Hi All,

In fact I just checked the settings you suggested but all the parameter were set up correctly.

PM01 M1 Assignment of Operations to Maint. Plan Notifications Active

PM02 M2 Assignment of Operations to Maint. Plan Notifications Active

PM03 M3 Assignment of Operations to Maint. Plan Notifications Active

PM04 M1 Assignment of Operations to Maint. Plan Notifications Active

PM05 M3 Assignment of Operations to Maint. Plan Notifications Active

PM06 Assignment of Operations to Object List Entries Inactive

PM07 Assignment of Operations to Object List Entries Inactive

PM08 Assignment of Operations to Object List Entries Inactive

And regarding the syscond field, I saw the in the Task List it's BLANK as well. So, I assume it pulls from the Task List into the WO.

But still wondering about the Notification issue.

Thanks again!

Hi Michel,

Please check in SPRO "Define Notification-and order integration"You need to specify a corresponding notification type that u want to get created against the order and also u have to check the flag box for notification .

Please check it out.

Thanks

Hi Ebin, tks for you assistance.

The option you mentioned is already checked.

And other relevant detail is when the user save the WO generated by the job, the Notification is created automatically.

Very weird situation because it looks like all the parameter is set well.

Hi Michel,

Apart from creating the order from IP10, just create an work order through IW31 and see whether the notification is getting created? Please confirm.

Hi Michel,

When u create a maintenance plan you need to give the settings that either a notification or an order will be created from the plan when u schedule it.

You might have given the settings in maintenance plan for creation of order. But if you have done the the order -notification integration in SPRO (PM/CSMaint and service processingFunctions &settings for order types--define notification-order integration)you can create a notification from the order.

(You need to enter the default notification type against the order type so that notification will be created in the background once the order of that type is created)

System condition you can maintain in task list(IA01/IA06).if you have attached a task list with maint plan, the order also will display the system condition.

Thanks,

hi

1.you have the maintence plans to generate maintenance orders, this is teh reason you get orders, if your plans are related notification type, then only you get notification,

2.if you are expecting a notification alsong with order then you need to do settings at IMG level. Define Notification and Order Integration

3.In maintenance plan you need to activate the system condition then only it comes to order level

hi

u can maintain the system condition in task list itself and you need to maintain order and notification integration in IMG --settings under order types ....

Dear,

what is the maintenance call object ,i think you have created the maintenance plan for call object Maintenance order.

Kindly ensure whether you have done the settings in IMG such that when order are generated it also create notification in the back ground
