If 'marital status' is removed from the infotype 0002 screen and is not captured for employees, does this affect anything in the GB environment.
For example, will it affect a persons tax, ni, pension fund, maternity leave, spousal records???

Removing from the screen so it won't be used at all.
Are you removing it from the screen or not using it at all?
So, all the employees will be Single?
