Display Entire Report

I have an evaluation copy of Business Object and have a very basic question: Using the Report Wizard, how can I display the ENTIRE report on my screen? I do all my selects with no problem, but can only get the first page as a "Preview". How can I view the entire report and scroll through it?

Hi Stein

In Crystal Reports it is not possible to display the entire data on the first page if you have large amount of data.

You can change the page setting however if you have large amount of data it will go the next page.

You can either export the report to a PDF or word format if that suits you.

Thank you for your prompt response but you misunderstood my question. I am able to see ONLY one page, or just a "preview", when I click "Finish" in Report Wizard. It do not need all the data on one page, I just want to be able to scroll down and see all the pages.

However, only ONE page is generated. I want to generate the entire report, not just a preview. Hope that this is clearer.
