Hi all,
In my message mapping the objects tool bar is in disiabled mode. It is not working any more, so it difficult to map objects in message mapping pane. Is there any particular option need to enable at any where? please kinldy help on this any body?
Install Java 1.5 version, this problem due to java version
after installation use steps to select 1.5 version
Go to control pannel>click on Java>click on Java tab-->Click on below side View tab
Now enable Java 1.5 version and disable 1.4

If you have more than one version installed then either uninstall other versions or at least ensure in your java application runtime settings in control panel that v1.4 is used.

Download a lower JRE ( 1.4.2_xx) and install on local system

You must be having a higher version of JAVA installed on your local PC. Intall a lower version e.g. JDK1.4.2_xx
