CR 2008 Server CMC login and Upgrade to SP1 issues

Hello,

I moved this from the General Forum

I have a new installation of Crystal Reports Server 2008. Here is my HW/SW configuration:

2 Multi-Core Xeon CPUs

MS Windows 2008 Standard (x64)

CR File that I installed:

14-50140-085.part1

I have installed CR and It appears that everything installed correctly.

I cannot log into the CMC with the Administrator log in. (I have tried using no password, and the password I put in during the install process).

I am trying to install the cr2008 SP1 (1401550085.exe),

But the following error appears:

The upgrade cannot be installed by the windows Installer service because the program to be upgraded may be missing, or the upgrade may update a different version of the program. Verify that the program to be upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the correct upgrade.

Please help.

Questions:

Did I install the corect version for Win2008 Sever x64(if not which one)

Is this the correct upgrade for SP1 for my config (if not which one)

Why can I not log in as Administrator? It appears that the Diagnostic Tool was able to log in (see below). Is this a configuration issue on IE?

I have ran the diagnostic tool with the following results:

4 Pass 1 Fail:

Please check in Supported Platforms Guide if CR Server 2008 is supported on Windows 2008 Server x64,which I doubt.

I know for sure it is supported on Windows 2003 Server x64.

Hello....Is this thing on???

Tech Support said there were SAP employees on the thread that could help.

Do I really need to pay 195.00 for a ticket for what should have been a simple install?
