Cleaning the DOCSERVER / Delete old attachments

Hi,

When we attach a document (*.pdf, doc, jpg........) by the "Attach files" section in a Bid Invitation, Auction, Quot, Shopping Cart ... that document is storage in the DOCSERVER. How can we clean that service????????

How can we delete the old files in the DOCSERVER???????? IF we attach many documents in the section mentioned above, how can we avoid performance and storage problems deb to the grate quantity and size of that files???????????????

Hi,

Do you store it in contents server ? or Do you store it in the DB ?

I think you can archive the document with attachment. If you need to delete physically there is program RS_REMOVE_DEL_ATT_CONTENT.
