New field in infocube and multiprovider

I added one new field to cube and i didnot empty data in cube.I couldnt see this new field in multiprovider having just this cube......

please help me

Yes, u can see in multi provider.

Hi,

So you have made use of Remodelling. Not deleting the data from the cube will not cause any problems. The field is added to the cube and i believe the cube has been reactivated.

Now, add the field in the MultiCube and then you have to Maintain it or Assign it from the source.

If you want to report on it, 1st make it a Navigational Attr in the cube and then in the MultiCube.

Hi,

Welcome to SDN.

You will have to add it to the cube in the same way as you have it to the cube.

The data in the cube will have no effect for the multicube.

Just make sure that when you transport the changes you delete the data from the cubes in the target system before transports.

Okie. So add the field from the Infoobject section in the Multiprovider. You will then be able to see it.
