BeX- MIME - Anonymous Logon

I am trying to setup anonymous logon for BeX.

1. I have created a service ZBeX under /default_host/sap/bw as a reference to the service BeX and ZMIME as a reference to service MIME

2. In the logon data tab of each of the services I have 'Procedure' set to 'Required with Logon Data' and filled in the logon data section with a service user.

Inspite of this when I test the ZBeX URL:

http://<host>:<ABAP port>/sap/bw/zbex?sap client=100

It prompts for login. Am I missing something?
