Downloading Businness Blueprint to Excel Or MS Project

Good Morning;

I am tryingh to download the business blue print to either Excel or MS Project. I have found the export to MS Project under "Business Blueprint" drop down. I have tried this and it appears to work until I open the MS Project file. When opened, I get a message "operation failed".

I found a SAP note 799709 "Exported MS Project data is displayed incorrectly." The problem is not that it is not displayed correctly, it is not displayed at all.

I am running MS project 2008 on Window XP Pro

That is the process I was following. The problem I have incountered is the error in MS Project. When I go to open the created MS Projet file, I receive the following error in MS Project.

"Operation Failed" .

I have reset the security in MS Project to med. Did not appear to help.
