System settings for purchasing organization XXXX incomplete

Hi Experts,

I am in process of vendor evaluation. Done with configuration and I am trying to maintain Vendor evaluation in ME61 Tcode but system is giving me the error message that "System settings for purchasing organization XXXX incomplete".

I maintained main crieria & assigned sub-criteria for the main criteria. All other settings also done in configuration.

What are these system settings?.

Pls advice on this.

Hi,

All kind of settings, I mean assigning sub-criteria to main criteria, Purchase organization settings, Enterprise structure settings. Every thing are in place. But still when I am maintaining vendor evaluation still the error message as maintain the system settings.

Check the final step of vendor evaluation setting.

Define Purchasing Organization Data for Vendor Evaluation

Check also organisation sturcture customization.

In vendor evaluation, for Define purchase org data for vendor evaluation assign main criteria,sub criteria, weighing keys and points for vendor evaluaiton for your purchase organisation.

Check that purchase organistion is assigned to comapny code and Plant.

Purchase Organization is already assigned to Company code and plant.

Go to SPRO > MM > Purchasing > Vendor Evaluation > Define Purchasing Organization Data for Vendor Evaluation > here remove criteria "4" i.e. Service and then check..
