Dear All,

we would like to import DTW template file from a branch that connects to company database using citrix.

do we have to install the DTW and DI API in the citrix terminal server beside in the SBO live server ?

We need to remote the server SBO to import the branch opening balance. How to give authorization to user in the branch so that they can't use DTW template ?

Answer-1.

Publish SBO Application & DTW in citrix metaframe presentation server in order to import masters & transactions thru' DTW.

Yes you need to install DTW & DI API in citrix terminal server.

You probably no need to install DTW on citrix terminal server if you have no need to do it from there. Then you just need to set authorization do not permit them to log on to your B1 server. That will be easy.
