Hi TEM Experts,
What are the appropriate steps, or best practice, if the event we want to add is a one off, and wasn't really scheduled? Do we need to go through the entire PSV1, PV12, etc. process just to add a one off event so that it shows up on the employee training report? What if we only want to create the relationship between person and business event type, but what report to run to show it?
Thanks in advance,
Susan

Hi,
the relationship between person and the business event cannot be maintained directly via PP01 or PP02.
you will have to anyway go thru PSV2, PSV1 to create this relation ship.

2. Org unit - A025 (Taken part) for the course (E) - O to E relation A025 (Taken part)

For one off transactions in SAP, we are following the PSV2/PV12 process whereby we must create a business event. For conversion from legacy, we are creating both A049 and B034 between the person to business event type, this will show the "completed" status in IT24. Without A049, the "completed" status does not appear on IT24. Without B034, the event does not appear on the attendance training history report. Looks like these two relationships must go hand in hand from a conversion perpective. Unless someone knows how a "completed" status can be reflected on the event, whereby it shows completed on the event type in IT24.
