HCM,ESS,MSS implementation

Hi All,

Iam Basis consultant, We are going to implement the HCM.Our backend system is ECC 6.0 and HR patch level is 3,basis patch is 7 and portal patch is 9,So do I need to install seperate HCM system or only required SP's to be deployed.Wherecan I find implementation doc. which are basis responsibilities.please suggest me

Any of you please tell me required SP's to be downloaded and also implemetation doc for implementing HCMESSMSS backend system ECC 6.0. What configuration & installation is required to be effective. As per basis consultant, .
