Strategy 52 problem

Dear Experts

My bom structure is simple as below

Finished : F52 - strategy 52, lot sz EX, avlb chk 02, norm

Semi Fin : S52 - strategy -- , lot sz EX, avlb chk 02

Raw : R52 - strategy -- , lot sz EX, avlb chk 02

Now i have given PIR for finished type VSE, after mrp run md02 it has made panned order of F52 of type VP.

Problem is it is creating palnned order for S52 and R52 of the type VP, which cannot be converted, please help wht can have gone wrong.
