We are facing an issue in replicating material master data from our R/3 system to our SRM system. We have a 4.6 C R/3 release and SRM 4.00 in question here.
When we initiate the R3AS with MATERIAL download object, the process
ends up in an outbound queue item in SMQ1 of backend R/3 System. The status of
Outbound Queue in R/3 is STOP. Generic Trace of Queue item shows Function Module
as 'STOP' and TID as QLOCKGEN1111111111111111.
This behaviour is very random and without any change in settings in the
system, we experience this. Some times the data goes through but most of the times it doesnot.It was working perfectly til recently but we have been facing issues of late. Please assist.
