BDC is not working properly- T.Code: AS91

Hi Gurus,

I have done bdc recording for T.Code : AS91.

But when i navigate to the depreciation Tab, the depreciation date by default is the 01 date of that month. But when i change that to the capitalization date ( eg: 15/10/2007 ) as per customer requirement it is givin me a warning message which is intterrupting the bdc, as a result the upload is failing.

Could neone suggest how to avoid the message.

The date comes from a Customizing, look at SPRO documentation in Financial Accounting, Asset Accounting, Asset Data Transfer, Parameters for Data Transfer, Date Specifications.

Also, you may use LSMW for this transfer of legacy data, and feel free to read [Note 550176 - FAQ note legacy data transfer asset master records|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/550176]

so did you use BDC or you used the Program - RAALTD01 for mass legacy data transfer.

One of the way is to record the warning message also.
