Crystal Report - Crystal Designer

Hi guys

I installed Crystal Report add on according to the documentation i found on the portal.

Now when i wanna start creating report and click on Crystal Designer a system error message pops up:

"the system cannot find the file specified"

Hi Jerusha,

I had the same problem and this is what I did.

1. In the SAP Add-on folder, find the file 'CrystalDesignerPath.txt' (Add-on\SAP_CR\Resources).

2. Find the crw32.exe file for CR2008 (or whatever Crystal version you want to use).

3. Update the path in the txt file to match the exe file location.

Crystal Designer should then launch.

You need to download and install, Crystal Reports Basic 2008 for SAP Business One to work with Crystal Designer

You can download this from

I dowloaded CrystalIntegrationforSAPBusinessOne.rar off the portal.

Did I download the incorrect installation package?

From that installation, you'll have to install Crystal Reports in the 'Crystal Reports 2008' folder.

I have and it didn't work. then i unistalled and reinstalled everything again.

I will try once more, maybe i missed something
