Dear Sappers,

i can not find the link to go to the best practices related to repair and return process with the cases Warranties and No warranties. May anyone help me to find it out?

Dear,

Suppose you equipment is in warrnaty period and if you have maintained in equipment master. To add warranty period in equipment you have to create this warranty view.

Go by this path:SPRO>Plant Maintenance and Customer Service>Master Data in Plant Maintenance and Customer Service>Technical Objects>General Data>Set View Profiles for Technical Objects

Now Do necesary setting for pop up of warranty period while creating order and notification on that equipment.

SPRO>Plant Maintenance and Customer Service>Master Data in Plant Maintenance and Customer Service>Basic Settings>Gaurantee
