Hi,
I have some 4000 records in my excel and I am trying to build an Xcelsius report on this data.
I am using 3 filters and a chart in my report
when I try to select the entire 4000 records using the source data option for filter ,it giving me the message
Your range has been reduced to the max rows allowed
and I can see only the first 500 records are selected
Is their any limit on no. of data records in Xcelsius, if not how can I select the entire data
Thanks
Sany
It is possible to change the maxium number of rows in Xcelsius. If you are using Xcelsius 2008 go to:
File > Preferences >
Then select "Excel options" from the list on the left side of the preferences window. Near the bottom of the window you can set it to a higher number. By default the number is set to 512.
It is also important to note: Increasing the number of rows can negatively impact the file size and performance of your dashboard.
