How to make version control of attached Appraisal with SAP Content Server

I stored the Appraisal documents to SAP Content Server in HCM. I want to know whether I can have the version control of the Appraisal documents as there would have changes made. Also, how can I control the security just for those authorised accounts to make such chnages ?

I guess for the version functionality you will need to implement the document management system.

We used t-code 'phap_admin' to store the Appraisal. Can it work with DMS to store it ?
