maintain long text for an infotype

Can any one tell me the steps how to maintain long text for an infotype.

Thanks sikindar and sameer for your responses. Now I am able to maintain text for the infotype.

But i have a query. Can this text be generated in a z report ( Adhoc query report/ program report).

I mean in an existing report can we add a column which also displays text maintained for a particular employee.

in z report you can use class CL_HRPA_TEXT_CLUSTER to read the long text
