Sap print slow

Hi All,

This output request is stuck during two hours Other users it is come quickly in LOCL printing . Particularly one user get a output latly any one please suggest

Hi Thirumoorthy,

Have you checked on with the user's profile.Check with the defaults tab in the user profile and select the option delete immediately after output.

Please let me know in case you face further issues.

Hi Thiru,

GO to SU3 --->Default --->output device (uncheck the delete after output)

you can try restarting the print queue at OS level , it has helped me many times .
