Hi friends,
while executing the transaction code COOIS , some of the plants in our company code are not getting displayed as production plants
is it some where we have to define the palnt as production plant ?
it is while creating the plant itself or latter ?
where in SPRO we have to define the plant as production palnt
why because we have many plants some are production plants some are sales plants etc...
where we shall be defining that these plants are for production and these planst are for for some other application
where do we mark plant as production plant ?
regards,
madhu kiran.
hi

Dear,
SPRO>IMG->Enterprise Structure-->DEFINATION>LOGISTICS(GEN)->DEFINE, COPY, DEL,CHCEK PLANT.
Here you can define plant and name as production plant.
SPRO> Production> MRP> Define spl. procurement key type - production in alt plant here you can define as production and alternate plant.

Hi,
There is no customizing defining a plant as a production plant.
I think when you activate MRP view it is acting as a production plant.
