Error while updating infotype 2006

Hi,

I am updating the infotype 2006 using function module HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION and operation 'MOD'. But I am getting the error message " Infotype does not exist ". Can anybody help me with this issue?

i think the 'MOD' function of HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION does not function correctly.

i had the same requirement once and i had to use 'DEL' followed by 'INS'. thus i had used HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION 2 times to achieve the purpose.

thanks guys... the problem is solved. I had to pass the infotype number in the record work area also.
