How many line items can be created in PO, SO and TO?

Hi,

How many line items can be created in purchase order, sales order and transport order (Used for creating the pick list in WM)?

Is there any limitation from SAP? If yes, then can we increase it through any add on function?

The Maximum Limit is 999 only.
