PO delivery tolerances

Hi Gurus,

I had created a Po with order quantity 1000 kgs and over delivery tolerance 10%.

I had made GR for the Po with the qty 1000 kgs.

As I have received the excess quantity for the Po .. when i am trying to do GR for the po as it has 10% tolerance .. the system is not accepting for the GR.

The error is coming " quantity exceeded for the order quantity.

Please suggest

de-select the indicator Delivery Completed in the delivery tabpage of the PO ,and then make the GR with the 10% excess quantity.

Hai,

remove delivery complated indiactor manually for the PO and try to do GR.

I THINK FOR THE PO ALREADY GR HAS BEEN MADE, PLEASE CHECK THE PO AND SEE THE TOLERANCE IN THE PO. HOPE THIS WILL HELP U.

You can go to change mode in Me22n and can directly change the overdivery tolerance as per your requirement and post the next one for the additional qty...
