Wrong amount type (not decimal): Unit service cannot be instantiated

Please help!!!

To create a requested report, I am trying to add a link that uses the LIPS table in my context. Whenever I add it I get this error: Wrong amount type (not decimal): Unit service cannot be instantiated.

All I am doing so far is adding the table to my context. I have reset the web server, re-imported the model, etc. I am using SP14 for development and portal.

Thanks

Brian Timothy
