kanban calculation - kanban quantity

Hi PP

I have one material with multiple dep requirement on multiple dates and i am procuring this material using kanban ( with Purchase orders ) but during kanban calculation it is giving me wrong calculation ( Less than what it should give as per the rules )

I have requirements with maximum of 175 , and replenishment lead time of 1 days , so it shud have generated cards = 18

but it isgiving me 3 only ???

Please help in this regard

Hi,

Can you check the Kanban qty per container and no. of containers define in control cycle?

that i have checked its No of kanban 10 and qty / kanban 1 and rlt = 1 day
