HTTP error code 407 while creating an index..Please guide

Hello All,

Portal version = EP7 SP9

TREX version = 7.0

Have installed a new instance of TREX.

Have successfully configured the TREX with the name server in Portal Visual Admin and it shows the status as green.

However, I am unable to create an Index. I get an exception saying ' Index could not be created; creating index failed: HTTP server error: 407 (Errorcode 7266)'

We are using a proxy in our browser but the pages I intend to search are intranet pages....which means that TREX proxy is not required.

As a step to resolve the issue, I have set the proxy in TREX and added intranet pages in the Proxy bypass paramter.

Please help me resolve the issue.
