Hello Gurus,

When i am doing goods receipt in consignment process ,the following error :

Purchasing info record not found in purchasing orgnization 1000.

I maintined all the things for the consignment

Hai,

Create the inforecord cat as conisgmnet.

Assign 1000 Pur. Org as std pur Org in enterprise structure.

Ur P.O shuld in the 1000 Pur.Org.

Hai,

Then u assign ur pur .org as std Pur.org in Enterprise structure, after removing the 1000 Pur.org.

then it will work.

Hello guys,

I maintained inforecord also,but my purchasing organization is different but it shows an error info record is not maintained for purchasing organization 1000

Hi,

Go to SPRO > Enterprise Structure > Assignment > Assign Standard Purchasing Organization to Plant

Here assign the Purchase Org. to Plant for which you have created the Info Record and then try GR.

HI,

Please check if the info record for the said material , plant and vendor is stored with an item category of' K'.

If done then it shall pick up properly.

Check info catageory is consignment and enter the conditions or not in your created info record.......
