Some items of user status profile SLFN0001 are disabled

Good day,

I'm tried to add new items to user status scheme in tcode CRMBS02 for Service Desk message.

I can to see my added items in menu UserStatus in tcode DSWP, but I can't to select them , because they are disabled (same of them).

Could you be so kind to tell me how can I fix this and be able to select these items? Thanks a lot!

I spend a lot of time and your answer was very helpfull for me . Forthermore, I notice , that item of menu is disable if value of column "Trans." is RELE , not INPR.! Although I didn't understand it, because I'm just a beginner in CRM , but that is I need.

Trans." is RELE , not INPR.! is required to map your system status with configuired user status.

Hi,

For every status you need to specify higher and lower limit which controls the display of status.

Say your current or first status is "Created" and when these is the status and you want to display "In process" then enter 10 to 20 in the "created" column. And so on....

10. Created 10 20

20. In process 20 20
