hi sap gurus,

My client requires After Market Sales Servies. Does there any possibility to map this process in Sales & Distribution. If thers is the process, Can any one please tell the procedure for doing After market sales service process in SD.....

Dear nagesh,

You can implement Customer service........module i can be suitable for you requirements.

Like Service notification/Returns and Repairs/On site service....

You go in IMG-plant maintenance and customer service..you will get some relevant information over there...so based on your client requirement you can take decision .

This is mapped in CS (Customer Service) module and also possible through CRM, but not directly in SD.

You can do this using Service Mgmt. module that takes care of all the post sales service like repairs, replacement, services etc. use help.sap.com to read more about service mgmt.
