DSO ACtivation error

Hi All,

I have 4 datapackets in my DSO

each of them are got failed..

Error message like below..

1) Process 000001 did not confirm within the permitted time period

Process 000002 did not confirm within the permitted time period

Process 000003 did not confirm within the permitted time period

Process 000004 did not confirm within the permitted time period

SID Generation is Green

Runtime Statistics .Technical message are also green.

Can any one help on this please

IF all the records are there in active data table and all therocessing has been finished, you can manually make the ststus green of the load. Sometimes even though all the process are finished, the status will remain yellow. This message simply tells that the job has taken a longer duration what was set for it.

Hi Shambu,

It shows green only in DSO...

After my analysis i came to know set the parameter for DSO activation is 300 sec

But the job is running for 600 secs..so thats the reson it shows in the log as red..but dso activation is fine,,,

I can see all the records in active table also..

but why these above messages?Does it mean that activation may take more time..due to that reason?

The timeout occurred after 300 seconds. This is a configurable parameter. Details for change options and their effects can be found in the appropriate part of the documentation.

Where can i see the configuration parameters for DSO activation settings,

For example i have set the dso activation parameter is 300 secs.

Buts it taken 40 mins...so it shows that all records are activated in DSO,,,,,But i can see in the logs as this error.

Try transaction RSCUSTA2 in BW 3.X.

RSODSO_SETTINGS in BI 7.

You can adust wait time.
