Application server wise - User login statistics

Hi Friends,

We have deployed Logon groups for various reqional requirement, Is it possible to find which region is actually logging into which servers..... AIX 5.3/ECC 6.0/Oracle

Basically what I intend to know is which users are login into which application servers...

Hi,

goto transaction SMLG

then press load distribution button (or press F5)

but this is real-time monitoring, afaik no way to find historical logon group distribution.

This will only show currently logged in users....

How do we get to see older records, say yesterday.....last week....

I want to ensure that there is optimal use of the resources

You have to rely on the statistics records from workload data (ST03/ST03N)...

You can also use a suitable security audit profile.

Hello,

You can check in transaction SUIM, Users, By Logon Date and Password Change if user has not logged on since that date or in ST03N-User Profile menu point after you have selected the date since user had to execute some command in SAP at least the SESSION_MANAGER.

SUIM is not solution, it basically displays the change documents for the user master only.

Workload statistics is the only thing that can be used for this purpose, if there is no security audit enabled (SM19 / SM20)
