When I publish bids, system send notifications to bidders by e-mail. But not separately to each bidder, system sends one massage to all.
And we need one massage to each bidder (in one massage only one receiver). How can I do it?

Itu2019s legal requirement in our country. The bidder shouldnu2019t know about the other bidders, with we invited to take part in u201Ccloseu201D bid.
Something is wrong in your system. Where the bidder can see other bidder information ? To: or CC: filed in the mail ? Please copy&paste the generated mail.
I agree that something wrong, but I canu2019t find there I can fix it. Now I have all bid members in TO:
Can you check the outgoing mail in SCOT transaction? Who is the sender ?
Do you see all bidders in To: field ?

Yes, when I receive a mail as a bidder, I can see all bidders in filed To:

If you want to switch off the alert, you can do it in alert customizing.
As well check it in SOST ?click details and recipient list.
