Hi,

We assign costing variant in production order type dependenet parameters.

Path - SPRO - Production - Shop floor control - Master data - order - define order type dependent parameters

Tcode - OPL8

Select plant & order type. Then in details screen select controlling tab. here we assign controlling reated details such as - costing variant planned or actual, product cost sollector etc.
