500 Connection Timed out Error.

Hi,

I got 500 connection timed out error twice in a week on my portal.

The error is as follow :-

500 connection timed out

Connection timed out (-5)

Error: -5

Version: 6040

Component: ICM

Module: icxxthr.c

Line: 2539

Pl help to resolve this error. My portal instance is java only.

You can set the timeout settings for the issue.

As my portal instance is java instace lp guide me where I should set icm/timed_out parameter ??? is it in profile sys-id_java-instance_system-name file ???

Please let me know when exactly error is coming. Are you pulling any data from backend ECC. If that is the case you have to set in backend
