Hi,

SRM 5.0, scenario ECS

SRM is linked to XI. If XI system is down, what will happen to the POs created with the medium XI ?

How do check the status of those POs ? Can I re-process ( I mean ..send it to XI ) it ?

if the XI system is down , then the XML messages generated for the purchase order --> do not go to XI and will run in to error in SRM system.

then you have to reprocess --> the XML message in SRM and you have to do this only after the XI System is up and running , then the XML message will be processed correctly...
