Use of BADI in Heuristic run

Hi,

BADI /SAPAPO/PWB_SOS is used in heuristic run for sour e determination. Why? Doesn't Heuristics has the ability to determine the required source??

/SAPAPO/SNP_SOURCES is for controlling source determination...may be I guess in this case you control the way the system determines the source. Can some body refer me to an example or documentation on this?

Note 930362 - Configuration reference in the /SAPAPO/PWB_SOS BAdI

"This note adds the parameter IV_SOS_MODE BADI to the BAdI /SAPAPO/PWB_SOS (method PWB_USEX_SOS). This parameter specifies whether the source of supply determination is carried out inbound or outbound, and is required to sort any sources of supply that have been added."
