Hi,
Can anyone give me the guide to Configure the Solman 4.0( SP Level 11) for Service Desk and maintenance optimizer, RFC connections OSS_SAP and SAP-OSS-LIST-O01.
Should these RFC's be maintained in the SolMan?
Thanks
Druva

Hey Juan,
Thanks a lot.
I am downloading the support packs from the download manager for SOLMAN. I did not configure the download manager and started downloading the SP's to my directory.
Could you please help me in how do I get the SP's to eps/in now that they reside in my local directory.
What actually is loading from frontend?
Regards
Druva
As Matt said... you need to copy them to /usr/sap/trans/EPS/in or load them from the frontend.
You need to logon via client 000 and with a user different than SAP* that has enough permissions, Then just go to SPAM -> Support Packages -> Load -> from frontend if you have them on your desktop.. or from application server if they are already at EPS in... basically if you have only a couple of SP to upload use frontend if you have more than a couple use load from appl. server.

Juan
Hi Druva,
>I just wanted to know if we could change the Global Settings in SPAM.
>Once the settings are saved can we go back and change ? If so how?
>As far as I know we cannot change them right?
Well, these are much more descriptive questions. We are not mindreaders, and there was no way from your question before to know that this was actually the information you were looking for. All you asked was "how do I get the SP's to eps/in now that they reside in my local directory?" so that is all we are able to answer.
Best Regards,
Matt
